My main strength is good communicating skills – I quickly get on the same wavelength with clients, and communication comes naturally to me. I genuinely enjoy getting to know new people, which is why this is not work for me, but rather the beginning of a natural collaboration.
Why me?
I speak Finnish—and that is truly rare in the Estonian real estate market. There are quite a lot of Finns in our market, but I have not yet met any brokers who can communicate with them in their native language.
Experience Story
The client had been selling their apartment for a long time through another agency – agents changed frequently and the only recommendation was to lower the price. They contacted us and asked us to review everything with fresh eyes. I gave my assessment, listened to the client’s expectations, and they matched up well. The apartment was transferred to us and sold immediately after the first viewing – and the buyer was exactly the kind the client had hoped for.
